      • So, what can I do?
      • I can dream, can't I?
      • Actors-schmactors!

Brad Pitt refuses to star in my movie!!!

See, Cate Blanchett, I told you he wasn't perfect! Turns out, no one will pay me to make my own movie, so I'm a-gonna learn them good!

I've decided to combine my mish-mash of technical skills to transform my glorious screenplay into a graphic novel. This "reach exceeding my grasp" idea occurred because of reading nail-biting accounts of how writers found presenting/hawking their screenplay in this fashionable format had improved their prospects of selling it. Because these accounts are largely fictional, you know what writers are like, I felt that I should stick to my single principle (refutable on demand) of 'art being its own reward'.

So, I'm going to create one because I want to. Hopefully, my journey into this undiscovered country will not be as depressing as this awful attempt at a segue.

I'll document the technical process as I nail down the 'look & feel' of the novel. I have an graphic novel obsessive to help with that, and an artist to tidy up my mess.
If you are thinking of doing the same, hopefully this will save you some time...

Also, don't call them comics. That can escalate into something really quickly.
